Help Line

The Helpline is available to provide crisis support to families who may be in desperate need of reassurance, support, understanding and relevant information. This is always provided in a caring non-judgmental and confidential manner.

Support Group

This is held once a fortnight in Hereford. The meeting offers a much-needed facility for families to be able to meet others whom
understand their fears and heartaches.
They can learn from each other and acquire information on topics ranging from drug treatment to criminal justice issues
There is a real focus on self-help and coping strategies to enable families to enjoy life again. If a group is necessary at a centre other than Hereford it could be set up.


One to One support

This is offered to any family who needs more support than can be given at a support group meeting or to families who are not comfortable with a group setting.

The one to one service can be offered at a venue closer to the families home
