In order to accomplish this, the National Treatment Agency (NTA) is designing a new service framework which it is envisaged will provide better access to a complete range of services to support people in maintaining their recovery. FDS clients played their part, by submitting their personal views on the issue of ‘Building Recovery In Communities' (BRIC) for substance misusers, their families and the local community, as part of the NTA's national consultation.
